Yes it does. My games would run about the same FPS but on the nvidia side, I would get more stutters and overall gameplay is less smooth.

In real world usage, the cards are very similar through frames and it's the closest thing I could get to the nvidia card.

The stuttering isn't from my 750 ti. I compared my settings to an i3 6100 with the same graphics card and the other person isn't suffering from these issues.

Temps are perfectly normal. No overheating or anything similar of that sort. It turbos to 3.9ghz and doesn't drop below.

Everything is up to date and the system is correctly installed. Its not software related but more of hardware. I could be either the motherboard, psu, or cpu. I have checked the ram and other components like gpu and hdd
