Install the latest nVidia driver. You'll probably want 8GB RAM, especially if you plan on gaming. You should then be fine. For RAM, I would most recommened Mushkin (Preferably 8GB Redline or Blackline 1600MHz.)

I'd go for the 6870; it is the most powerful of those listed, and you can use it. Great for gaming if you choose to do so in the future.

With the 9800GT, you should be good for now, though playing at a lower resolution might be advisable. The 9800GT seems to do fine with Fallout 3 according to these benchmarks, and I've heard that Dragon Age: Origins works fine with the 9800GT. Those benchmarks were done with a Core2Extreme...
