I got noctua nh-d14 as my cooler and my temperatures and tests run ok so why would you think it has anything to do with my cpu?

I think i m will go with GTX 970 this time cause it runs with less temperatures and honestly my last two gpus were AMD and i wasnt very happy with them. So i dont know which model of GTX 970 should i get.
