for sure over 60fps on the highest settings at 1080p. My gtx 1060 3gb (around 15-20% slower ) gets 60fps at ultra on Fortnite. you could easily get 144fps if you turn the graphics down to medium ish. if your monitor is 60hz then use ultra settings. however if it is 144hz then go medium.

is ur ram plugged in properly? it may seem bad but you have to push it hard. also, make sure ur hdmi or display port cable is plugged into ur GPU.make sure M.2 SSD is seated properly and check to see if any of the little cables on the MOBO are missing.

would u like to have wifi or do you use ethernet? Are looks a concerning factor? is the $800 for a pc only or does it include a mouse, keyboard and monitor?

check your windows settings power usage config too. go to type to search and type in "edit power plan", then go to "power options" and make sure it isnt set to optimal power. other than that, i have no clue! sorry.

i have my os on an old ssd and my boot, while still fast, takes about 25 seconds. i want to use my samsung 970 evo as good as it can be used by booting with it. guess its not possible tho, thanks for the help!

does ur PSU have enough watts??

try updating ur gpu drivers. could also be an issue thru nvidia control panel, it might of set it to optimal power for that game. also, the latest windows 10 update has destroyed gaming performance, so that could be why too. hope this helps

look for a white 4 pin connector on the MOBO. there are some aftermarket LED controllers but youd have to have an rgb header for it.... could you send a link to your exact motherboard and maybe i could help more?
