    Hey guys, so I recently found out that some games like shadow of war is using only 5-8% of my CPU and I'd like to know if that's the reason why I don't get as good frames as I should. Specs, i7 4770, GTX 1070 and 16GB Ram. Any help is greatly appreciated :D.
