Hi, bought a new psu (cx650m), and it didnt solve anything, i discovered that my gpu (rtx760) fan is the fan making noise and somerhing is weong with it, can that be the culprit for fractures on my screen and random restarts? thanks ;)

Oh okey thanks for answering, i will test that :) I noticed another clue, when my screen freezes, sometimes my monitor turns off and enters sleep mode while my pc is still on, havent touched any cables, how is that even possible? Thanks :)

When you say failed, do you mean it broke or that it was loaded to heavely at that moment only? That cooler is about 2 years old and i havent changed water or anything on it. My only option is to replace it, no repair? Thanks for answering
