there's an option in the z270e bios somehow like a power saving mode. i enabled it, now my temps at 42 to 45 even when i'm browsing the internet.

which is much better? cryorig h5 universal or be quiet shadow rock 2?

37% fan speed for my CPU cooler. i'll push it to 50%. and i'll re-mount my H5

everything in bios is in auto. voltage is 1.136

the casing is Meshify C w/ 2 corsair AF140 quiet for intake. 1 AF120 for exhaust. here is my idle temperature. https://prntscr.com/hrokps, is it good or bad? when I browse the web it randomly spikes 50+ to 60c. and when I run Nox it reaches 70c+

I don't even plan to overclock, I just want to keep my temps cool, or is the Be Quiet Shadow Rock enough for my i7 7700k.

BTW, the x62 won't even fit in my case, should I buy an s340 elite?
