Hi! i just overcloked my CPU and got a stable 4.6Ghz at 1.315V. Now i was wondering if i could leave my voltage on manual at 1.315 for 24/7 or if i should change it to adaptive. I mean, is it that bad for the CPU lifespan to run at 1.315? if so, what numbers should i set in de BIOS?
