Rubberbanding and ping spikes at the same time are normal. Last thing you could try is changing your ethernet cable. After that I'm out of options.

Ping www.google.com 30 or 40 times and check if you have packet loss. If you don't have packet loss, I suggest you contact your ISP and inform them about your problem. Maybe it's something on their end.

50mbit/s isn't that much. How many connected devices do you have? If they're downloading it'll slow down your speed significantly. Are you using a modem/router from your ISP or did you buy one yourself? Please specify what modem/router, brand etc. Check source control to see if there is an app...
