Hello, I've been playing video games, and I've noticed my performance is terrible in every game I play, from Rainbow to RD2, and even Helldivers seems to bring my PC to its knees. and it struggles to even maintain 30fps. Turning down the resolution from 1440p to 1080 only makes the fps worse...

So I have been away for a long while and I came back to my computer with no shortcuts on my monitor and no folders I cannot create new ones they just dont appear and I cannot click and drag ive looked everywhere and I cant find a fix for it
