I am Gaming On a Radeon 5450 1gb with an AMD Athlon 64 x2 4400+ and 3 Gigs of RAM and Can Play most games on Medium Settings with 25 or so FPS, Team Fortress 2 and Skyrim Run Without a Problem So you should be fine, BUT i agree with marc79 a GTX 650 Would be Better

Perhaps a Radeon 7870 would fit you more? It is a little bit better than the GTX 660, The GTX 660 has a TDP of 140 Watts and the Radeon 7870 Takes 175 Watts, My Suggestion for a PSU is a 600w, Cheers :D
