I want to buy a new cpu and mobo. I found i5 4440 as my cpu and it is in my budget and found msi H97M-G43 mobo for i5 4440 but still confused about its integrated graphics..

Currently i have 1366×768 res monitor. i will upgrade to a 1080p monitor in 1-2 months......

Is cooler master hyper tx3 evo is good enough to cool fx 6300 on 4.5ghz or higher....? And is my mobo is capable to handle a fx 6300 clocked to 4.5 ghz or higher..?

I have asus m5a78l-m usb3 mobo and a gtx970. I want no bottlenecking in gaming that's why i m overclocking my cpu... . Is 4ghz is enough for no bottlenecking...? Or 3.8ghz is good...?
