I have a Ryzen 7 1700 and the power plan is not showing up in power plan options? Does the Ryzen power plan replace the normal windows one or should there be a renamed "Amd Ryzen Balanced".

I have seen other posts about this and no fixes have worked. My r6s keeps on crashing while playing. AMD has had problems with r6s lately and no fixes for me, it crashes after a few games. Is there any other fix then turning off SMT because I really do not want to do that. Please help, thank you.

My computer is an MSI GE40 and it needs Vsync with every game I play and this never used to happen before. I recently reset my computer and ever since that every game requires Vsync other it runs choppy and trash. Please try help.
