You can check this thread to see why I want to do this, but basically I opened an external HDD and it has no SATA, so I want to use the USB 3.0 Micro-B to USB 3.0 Type-A cable that came with the HDD to somehow connect it to my motherboard. Plugging it into a USB 3.0 Header should be possible...

I fixed it... but I have no idea how or what went wrong in the first place. I just unplugged everything from the PSU and then plugged everything back in. I can only guess that something was plugged in wrong.
