Can u tell me an upgrade within 20000 INR and I don't think so that I need to replace my power supply

Oh well I don't know what my power supply is but can u say should I upgrade everything or I should get a new graphics card and some ram to play games atleast in medium in low resolution and I don't want it to be too expensive
