I flashed my BIOS and did an internet bios update, it hasnt acted up yet but im sure it will, ill post an update if it happens again

its not the most recent BIOS but when i try to install the current bios, it just downloads a CAP zipped file and when i click it, just says install additional codecs to work with this file
