ur pc isnt running Pes6 bcoz it is an old game and old games arent programmed to utilize the GPU to the fullest.Your specs r fine to run that game.And by the way u r using steam?

I would suggest u to buy a Intel Processor Pc bcoz they r better than that of Amd and in ur pc buy an additional graphic card.If u can tell me exactly what u need i can suggest u a great pc
