So what is a good soundboard program for PC? I want to be able to add custom sound files and assign keys to those sounds. This will be used for messing with people in game, so I would also like to be able to have the game pick the sound board up as my mic. Any recommendations?

So I was updating my NVIDIA drivers using GeForce Experience. I was updating to 337.50 on my GT 640. And about 1/4 of the way through, the updating just....Stopped. The bar has not moved for over an hour. It is stuck on "Installing Drivers" (right after where it uninstalls my previous drivers)...
