I would recommend you to undervolt your GPU; it will probably reduce the temps significantly. There are a lot of guides that show you how to do this on YT and some forums (including Tom's Hardware).

I had some trouble with RAM with my rig before, and I fixed it just disabling XMP. Have you tried running you RAM at stock? I recommend you to test your RAM with MemTest86 (through a bootable flash drive) for at least 2 hours; if it does not find any errors then, probably, your RAM is fine.

Well, what is the problem? Do you notice any perfomance issue or is it just a random question? If it is, your system is pretty well balanced.

Quite honestly, I think 4 minutes is nothing. I would recommend you to run MemTest86 (not 64) for at least 2 hours.
