However would there be anything i could do to make this work without buying a new gpu? Im not the best at picking this...

i do have an hdmi 2.0 cable ready for 4k resolution specifically. I am running 4k resolution right now and it appear that only if i go down to 1980 by 1200 i can get 60 ghz

Good day, First of all i have all the necesery cables and connections. Both my gpu and tv are 4k compatable. My gpu is Amd Radeon R9 380 4gb DDR5 ram. The tv is Hitachi RC 4848F. In the user manual for tv it even lists 4k having 75ghz refresh rate. I am runinng 4k resolution now on 30ghz. Anyone...
