I think you should use G.Skill Aegis 8GB DDR4 3000Mhz RAM. Ryzen does well with high frequency RAM and its only 65$ on Newegg. Your build looks good otherwise, nice job :)

The 560Ti will basically crap out in most games. If you can spend more money for a graphics card, i'd recomend a GTX 960 or 970 :)

When your building a budget PC, AMD beats Intel. I personally agree that Intel is better, but for a budget PC, FX beats i3.
