I unfortunately do not. I'll pick up a new graphic card tomorrow to see if that fixes things again. Thanks for all the advice! I think i'm getting close to tackling the issue.

I don't believe there is onboard graphics with my motherboard and the Ryzen CPU. I don't see any options to turn on and off onboard graphics in the bios menus.

I will try a new a new cable as I do have one. I don't have a spare ssd so that might be tough. Is there any other way to test the ssd without running a program in windows?

Unfortunately don't have another CPU to test. I'm still planning on going out to buy a PSU, a better one this time, to see if that's the issue, but i'm not confident. Still trying everything else I can check.

What do you guys think is causing windows to not start after the first "unresponsive" issue after a fresh window installation? I would expect windows to start again after a force restart and have the same "unresponsive issue', but reality is windows doesn't even load. After a couple reboots...

Gotcha. I'll first replace the power supply and see if that fixes things. If not, then it's got to be the motherboard. I can't think of anything else at this point.
