I dont have enough space on my SSD to download any of my games onto it. So what do i need to do with the HDD? wipe the entire thing and reinstall everything? Cause thats alot of work.

So i have now done a full reinstall of windows but my games are still running bad. all my games are saved on a 4TB HDD while my OS was saved on a 120GB SSD. i wiped the SSD and reinstalled windows onto it but my games are still running at lower FPS compared to before. Please help i have no idea...
