I have AMD Phenom 9550 Quad core 2.20GHz AMD Radeon R7 250 Sapphire 1gb edition 4gb ddr2 800MHz RAM WD Black 7200RPM 64mb motherboard Asus m2n-xe kingston ssd 120gb And i have about 15-45 fps in League of legends. It always lags. What is problem? Lol is on WD Black. And i play on medium settings

I have problem with installing windows from USB, i maked it bootable and when i try to boot from it, it type "A disk read error occurred. Press ctrl +alt +del to restart". Sorry for my english. Can anyone help me?
