It indeed was the ram, I was able to run apex legends, a game that would crash every 15 minutes for the past year or more.

How do you suspect that it's the psu? Also I may have found out whats wrong cause I removed my oldest pair of ram sticks and nothing has crashed yet but I still gotta wait a little longer to find out.
