    Turns out it was an overheating issue. Installed new fan with new thermal paste and it booted right up.

    Tried to reset the BIOS, both by taking out the battery and by shorting the pins on the CMOS. Now when I turn the computer on, all the fans seem to be working properly, if a bit loud, but the computer still keeps turning off and back on, over and over.

    Thanks for the quick response! Would you recommend resetting the BIOS while old components are in or should I put the new CPU and GPU back in for the BIOS reset?

    Ok, just put old cpu and old gpu back in, but it is still doing the same thing where the computer tries turning on over and over. The only difference is the cpu fan seems to be working now...

    I just replaced my intel G860 with an i5 4370 and my 7850 with an R9 280x, now the computer can't seem to turn on. It will power on, the fans on my tower will turn on, but the fans on the gpu and the cpu will not turn on, and then the computer powers down, restarts, and does the same thing over...
