i think the 7870.Because its compute performance.Even though you arent paying for it.But i think that i would rather have the advantage of having compute performance available. Its like when i buy a product i should be able to use the product to the extent of the fullest.

i still like ati hd7850.They should be as cheap as gtx560ti's and they also come in close to gtx570's and beat them sometimes.MSI 7850hawk has a great out of the box OC.

could you post an image of the problem? Are you saying that the mobo might not support the gpu and then lists the compatible gpus for this mobo?
