Any other suggestions?

I have been using 365.19 and I even downgraded all the way to 362.00 but still no hope. My mother board also has 2 pci slots so I even switched the gpu from one slot to the other but nothing happened. I plan on RMAing the MOBO, but I am not sure if it is the MOBO or the power supply.

So I spilled some sprite on my GTX 960 a couple of weeks ago and I got it changed with my brother GTX 660. I did not see any traces of the drink anywhere else but the 960 so changing it out would not be an issue. I reset windows 10 and installed the latest drivers for the 660 from geforce...
