Every now and then when i am on my computer it changes to this! Has anyone got any idea what is wrong with my pc?

Ever since updating to windows 10 i've had problems with videos, when i first go on my computer it's fine and the video loads but after a while they just don't play! The video buffers fine but it just stays at the start of the video and won't play! Weird thing is i can watch live streams and sky...
