I and currently about to buy. A i7 8700k and I’m wondering if I should buy a 1070 gpu or a 1080 gpu

Basicly all I was trying to ask was if my fans would start working once I installed my cpu and ram

yes I bought a 650 w psu and a Asus motherboard compatible with the intel i7 8700k and the case is the cooler master h500 p with two 200 mm rib fans in the front. I have not installed the cpu or ram. And I am wondering if my fans will start to work when I put in the cpu and the ram.

I am using intel , intel i7 8700k and the motherboard is compatible with it.

I recently bought my motherboard and psi and I connected everything and my fans rant spinning nor the rgb. When the cpu is installed should it work

yes I bought these things because I'm on a budget I do not have a lot of money but are u saying that the cpu and ram will support this.
