Seems like it's solved. I disabled intergated graphics and VT-d in BIOS and updated my AIDA version to 6.70. Now latency is 56.7 and everything else is really fine. Thanks everyone!

Sorry for the incomplete post. Temps are Celsius Tested everything with bios default settings and it's still the same. Latency jumped to around 310 ns Bios defaults to 2133MHz Frequency too. XMP pumps it to 3200. It's weird that tests show such metrics. I'll try a different program to test...
