I was able to get into windows repair with f11 and I reset my computer to 9/1/16 and that fixed my problem. TY for the help.

I have tried pretty much everything I can think of.

It should say can't I will fix that typo. I have windows 10 but its not failing to boot. It is just not showing the desktop because i messed with the refresh rate. Maybe if I get a faster monitor I could go into my desktop and undo the cahnge.

I can't reach the desktop at all. After the main startup where I can press f12,f2,etc it says i need to set my settings to 1920x1080 60hz. If I could get to the desktop I could probably fix this.
