I already have the PSU. It's deepcool DE500. It says it has a 350 watts total output and 500 watts peak. Is it enough for this build? Or do I need to buy a new one? If so... What wattage will be enough?
Ryzen 5 2600
Gigabyte b450m ds3h
16gb ram 3200mhz
Zotac gtx 1060 6gb
1 SSD
1 HDD
3 fans...
I have the same gpu with not a really good case also has 1 intake and exhaust and it goes above 70C. I adjusted the fan curve using msi afterburner and it never went above 70C. Most of the the time it's around 63-65C at full load while gaming.
There will be no problem pairing that cpu with that gpu, but i recommend saving up for a gtx 1060/rx 470. One of those gpu will be a better pair with you CPU.
(excuse my english)
Thanks a lot guys!I'm kinda worried. My ambient temp is around 22-25C my gpu on idle is 35C.I've read some reviews that the zotac version of 1060 really runs hot, it goes around 75-80C that's why i adjused the fan curve.
Hi Guys, I'm trying to keep my GPU temp below 70°C and in order to do so i changed the default fan curve. Now when it goes to 67-69°C,fan speed is at 70% with around 2500RPM.
Do you think that RPM will reduce the life span of the gpu fans?
GPU:Zotac 1060 AMP 6gb
Thanks in advance guys!
Hi guys, i'm planning to build a PC and i'm considering to get i3 4170 as my CPU paired with radeon HD 7970, do you think they will bottleneck? if so, what will be the best processor to be paired with the HD 7970?
excuse my English and thanks!
