I have tried it plugged straight into the MB, no gpu installed snd it still has no display. I switched back to my old MB and CPU and everything works just fine so it has to be either the new MB or new CPU and now I'm just trying to figure out which one

I have tried plugging both into the gpu and MB and still get nothing , everything lights up and runs, all the fans turn on, just no display
