Looking at Nighthawk X10 but nobody actually knows if it will send a signal from one office (through outside wall) and uphill about 25 feet over 400 feet and through another outside wall. Nobody has any other way of doing it. There could be an Ethernet cable or a pt to pt phone wire. But so...
