    So I tried connecting via HDMI to HDMI cable, and the "out of range" error appears until the operating system is loaded. That is, I can't access BIOS when using HDMI. Do you think there is some problem with motherboard? How can this be fixed?

    I am unable to get the BIOS screen. The monitor just displays the "Out of Range" message as long as the PC is running. I tried smashing various keyboard keys, but no luck.
