When I use the OCCT stress test on the CPU I actually get BSODs so could be a CPU issue. But HP has a built in CPU test tool in BIOS which it passed so not entirely sure. Apparently it could be the memory controller on the CPU. Honestly this issue is so annoying lol, going to attempt another...

Around a month ago I reinstalled the GPU drivers using DDU, so I don't think it would be drivers. I'm going to attempt another clean reinstall of windows soon. But as I said when I'm in the Windows installer sometimes it crashes and system reboots just like what happens sometimes. super wierd

I upgraded the ram from 8gb to Crucial 16GB (8x2), I also tried using the original RAM again and I'm still crashing so I don't think that's the issue
