    Rubber Cord not Fitting in Tube

    I ordered the XSPC PETG Easy Cut / Easy Bend Toolkit and the rubber cord doesn't fit in my petg tube more than like an inch . My petg tube is 10/12mm and the rubber cord has an ID of 10mm as well. I've tried soaking the cord and the tube and it still doesn't fit properly. Any advice would be...

    System works outside of case, inside it starts for a second then stops
