I'm using msi afterburner and i got a +201 core clock and a +115 memory clock looking stable running at 40C how did i do?

I've updated my list:https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JCcWZR I don't mind if it's IPS or PVA or TN and I've heard good review's of this monitor. I changed power supply's to a 80+ Gold. Anything else that should be changed? Thanks!

I've checked and the PSU is compatible. I'm thinking that many fans so i can run them all at ~50% to keep the system quiet and cool, I know 7 total fans might be overkill but I've heard that my the motherboard that I chose runs hot. I'm not going to build for a while so if GPU prices go down...
