    I just got an MSi GTX 660 TWIN Forzr III, its advertised clocl speed is 1098Mhz but when im playing games and MSI afterburner is active(On default settings) it registers the clock speed at 1163. Is this a feature of the card,that it will clock up to what it deems safe? or is my card faulty?
