bump I know its a really bizarre problem but it isn't going away and idk what to do.

Reinstalling did not fix the problem, but it's worth noting that all of my binds and settings remained after I reinstalled the game... am I doing something wrong? I pressed delete local content on steam so I'm not sure? I haven't tried a different microphone because I don't have another one.

@johnbl, thanks, but this did not work. It's not that the store just endlessly is stuck on the loading screen. When I click on the store, nothing happens at all. Edit: also I am on a validated account, active working network, and on a microsoft account and not in a banned region.

Update #2: If you are overclocking your card, try to use it without overclocking. When you overclock, obviously you draw more power, which your motherboard may not allow.

Update: AMD has stated there are many people with power consumption issues with the RX 480. Thus, i would just wait and frequently check their website for updates about what they will do to fix it. They might recall their cards or something, idk.
