I figured it out finally.... there are forum posts on how to fix this but unfortunately they are dated. You neever the 32 bit version of the package only. Has to be version 15, not 10. Every link has pointed me to 10.

Nevermind on sending the files. I found them online when I added them into my system 32 folder, it actually killed my OS. After restart it sent windows into automatic repair mode... this sucks

these were actually all PWM pumps.... however the one we have at work has the manual speed dial. when you turn it down, the sound just lowers in pitch a bit.

Right... you gotta look before the shut down. Look for some weird bugcheck type stuff. Or any errors that look out of the ordinary. anything bugcheck is usually a driver problem. the rebooted without cleanly shutting down is going to happen everytime you crash like that.
