    Is there a way to do this without changing the CPU? The RAM is inside and no beeps are going off and DRAM and other LED lights are not going off.

    Nothing shows up and the power shuts off after 25-30 seconds. Are you saying put an older CPU into the motherboard and then update the Bios flash?

    It is a Asus M5A97 R2.0 motherboard and I am not sure. Everything is brand new and I don't even have window installed.
