    I've tried to smell around however the smells since dissipated. With that is it worth replacing the PSU, giving that a shot?

    I tried using both sticks of ram separately in all four of the configurations however this didn't change the situation. It still tries to start up for a few seconds 5s-30s then followed by a quick beep, turns off. Turns back on then to continue turning on and off staying on for a much shorter...
