Can I use a Asus Gtx 970 strix with a MSI Gtx 970 in SLI? And would a Corsair RM750x be enough to power them?

I'm not able to boot into bios, windows, or safe mode. After trying so many things, I took out my hard drive and everything was back to normal, what should I do? And my other hard drives OS seemed to have dissapeared, because I can't boot into that one either, so do I have two falty hard drives?
