    A CPU bottleneck is defined at having 99 to 100% CPU usage. Like I said, this is not the case here.

    Idle they are at 40°C, while gaming they don't go over 60°C. I put new thermal paste and the fan is pretty good.

    CPU usage is at 30% throughout all cores. GPU usage is at 55%
