I played PUBG and monitored hardware as well, I was playing it at 1280x800, I had pretty good fps with very low settings(90 fps), but sometimes I had huge fps drops, because my GPU usage was going up to 100% then dropping to 0%. CPU was hardly ever getting above 80%. So, I'm not CPU limited...
