I have i5 4690 non k. I guess I'll go with 380 then. Alot of people complain xfx rejecting rebate claim, does it happen often??

I'll use it for probably another 12- 18 months before upgrading it to a next gen card. (DX 12 & HBM with vr stuff if possible). I wanna max out on 1080p till then. The price difference between 380 & 380x is about 40$. Will 380 suffice till then?? I can oc it if required. Or do I need 380x

Now that's tempting. My i5 is not gonna take that much power nor reach 100% the first day.

Like I said, I got a shitty 550w PSU. I can't use 390. It's not 970 vs 380, it's more of 300 vs 200$ gpu. Will 300$ gpu last long enough once dx 12 and hbm become mainstream

It's a gift. I can't return it. I'll try to sell it on eBay. I guess my 390 has to stay in the box till I get a replacement.

I'll be getting a better psu in the coming months. I just need a temporary way to run and not screw up my 390.
