I ran memtest. I did 2 passes and I had no errors. It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes, testing both ram sticks at the same time. Ram is not the issue I guess. I have not reset the heat sink. I will look to see if I took the plastic cover from the pad too when I do. Im going to do this right now...
