Brick it? I vbiosed hundreds of RX 460, 470, 480, 550, 560, 570s.. how would you brick an RX 6600 if you just set the memory slider higher? So i could just remove the 1900Mhz limit?

That's nothing new for me.. what software would you rexommend for vbios 'upgrade'? I think i had red bios editor and more power tool for that.. do you think it'll work with this GPU?

Hey guyz, Is there ANY way i can "unlock" the memory speed cap (it is capped at 1900Mhz)?? It is hynix btw.. i think i did similar thing with RX 5600XT in the past but forgot how i did it.. Thanx for any advance

Sorry but generally going 240Hz with gtx 960 sounds as a stupid idea to me.. there is no way the gpu can reach 240FPS cap in any title (well it can but you'll need to drop all settings to low and set 1600:900 or lower the resolution)

Repaste, try stock settings, write back the results. I mean what's so difficult on doing just that???

Hey guyz, i'll start with the most important thing.. The BIOS on the card IS STOCK so save your time.. GPUZ reports 8192MB ram, reports correct number of TMUs, ROPS, shaders but shows NOT a memory bandwidth, pixel fillrate and texel fillrate. Edit: no short on 3.3V rail. No hot or burning parts...

Thanx for the tips but core is ok at around 61°Cedge, 67°C junction.. that 100°C is for the memory chips.. GPU is sapphire with two fans.. guess they just use some crappy thermal pads with low thermal conductance but if i go into it, i break that RMA.. this is starting to get very dilemmatic now..

I was just curious if i should concern about this or if these temps are still "safe".. everyone says something different.. some say it's ok, some are O_o man thas killing the memory chips..

Hey guyz, have you figured out how to get higher than 1860Mhz on memory? if i do a patch via more power tool, it won't go higher than 1860.. if i try to set, say 2000Mhz, it will just drop back immediately to 1750Mhz.. Wtf?

Hey men, team red miner reports 100°C + with mining rvn, i guess it is not safe temperature??? I guess i'd need to open the card and change the pads??? Edit: sorry i forgot to mention that these temps are the MEMORY chips..

Negative sir, it won't post even with dual cards since when the bricked one is there, it won't just boot.. btw solved this, the card has bios switch i did not see him before.. Now i have another problem.. team red miner reports high memory temps (100°C +) but i will post different thread
